Retriever Property Management Limited was founded in 2021 and is the only property management company who has been awarded full TPI, The Property Institute, (Formerly ARMA) accreditation (Association of Residential Managing Agents) on the Isle of Wight.
ARMA are now called The Property Institute, but remain the regulatory governing body of Residential Managing Agents and by being a full member ensures the managing agent you chose, to manage your building, comply with the high standards of leasehold management and professionalism set by TPI.
We are also a member of The Property Ombudsman Redress Scheme for Property Managers.
Whilst we are a young company our knowledge and experience has been cultivated over the past 18 years.
We pride ourselves on covering the management of all types of properties from 2 flats in a house to 122 units of mixed tenure of houses, apartments and extensive grounds, to grounds only, for a group of houses. We manage properties all across the Isle of Wight and on the South Coast.
We are a boutique company, on purpose, this enables us to provide a personal and tailored service to each property we manage.
We also offer insurance checks for unoccupied properties, as part of our monthly inspections and can also assist with organising and overseeing contractors for works inside your property too.
